Lingual Braces Experience - I love love love my teeth.Dr benson has been understanding about my list of needs since the first visit. I am 30 years old, needed my teeth to be perfect but didn’t want traditional braces at my age. Invisalign was not a great option either as I felt regular brackets were more efficient in what I wanted to achieve with my smile. I searched far and wide and found dr benson, one of the only orthodontists who specialized in lingual (behind the teeth braces) that way I could still go about my days without feeling insecure about a mouth full of metal every time I would smile. Every appointment I had something to say or something to point out. She was very patient with me the entire time, never made me feel like an annoyance or a bother and always kindly adjusted anything that even remotely bothered me. She took the time to listen and do whatever it took so I could end up with the smile of my Dreams! Attention to detail would be an understatement. She had a microscope for all of my needs making sure any and all was exactly to my liking. I know I can be difficult which is why I appreciated Dr Benson and her entire kind and professional staff for exceeding all of my expectations. Honestly people did not even know I had braces the entire time. People were shocked when I told them I did. The best part was that my first initial reaction upon walking into the office, I thought that there was no way I could afford this place. She had all state of art equipment, and she was board certified. I thought for sure it was outside of my budget. Couldn’t be more far from the truth. I think I excitedly embraced her when she quoted me the price. I was thrilled that it was within my budget and of course my first pick since she was the only reputable doctor that specialized in lingual. If you don’t know, lingual is extremely hard to encounter. Not many orthodontist practice this method. Thank goodness for Dr benson! Cheers to her amazing staff also! It always felt like family. My treatment is now done and she still promptly meets with me to make sure my teeth are staying in tact and of course to my liking. Thank you Dr Benson. More
Great experience - my teeth are beautiful and I am so happy I found Dr. Benson - Dr. Benson and her staff are very professional and the dental office is very clean and modern. My treatment took 8 months. I had lingual braces (you cannot see them)... it took a few weeks getting used to them after that it was a breeze. Kristy is MY GIRL! She just gets my needs. I know I’m a needy patient, and often times there are multiple assistants in the office who work with you all throughout your time with them. And because I’m needy and particular, I like everything a certain way. KRISTY is that for me. If anything slightly deters from what I find comfortable, I’m miserable until the next visit. You would never know if it was her first time doing anything because she attacks every task with confidence, agility, accuracy, and attention to detail. Those are qualities that I want when someone is working on the improvement of my smile. COMPETENCY is important. She’s quick, and you can really tell she’s a go getter. Lingual braces have been a challenge for me but since Kristy has been consistently working on me, the challenges are now a thing of the past. First off, just based on the office and state of the art equipment, there was no way in the world I thought I could afford this place. I decided to go anyway just to get a consultation! I ended up falling in love with the office, their technology, and the staff members! The price they quoted me was more than reasonable and in my opinion, with the equipment that they carry and Dr Benson being 1 of 3 board certified orthodontists in the nation, I was expecting higher prices. Dr Benson and Januari are both amazing! I decided to go with lingual braces and after the first week, I was miserable! I called the office and they were able to get me in, they listened to all of my concerns, and made adjustments in order for me to be comfortable. I had to call the office twice more since then to make EVEN MORE adjustments and with every phone call and office visit, they have never made me feel like an inconvenience, but rather that my comfort is their utmost priority. I truly appreciate everyone in The Art Of Braces. I know I can be a difficult patient, especially with all of my issues lately, and each time they were able to see my discomfort as an orthodontic emergency and get me in right away. I definitely made the right decision coming here. They have an overall 5 star rating for a reason. 10/10 would recommend to everyone searching to refine their smile. You'll feel right at home. More
