The Art of Braces provides orthodontic consultation and treatment services. As part of these services, we offer optional SMS text messaging communications, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and responses to patient inquiries, sent via a third-party communications platform.

By opting in to text messaging (via our website booking form or by texting a keyword to our number), you agree to receive automated and staff-sent text messages related to your appointments and care. Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed; text messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control.
4. Eligibility
You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and at least 18 years of age, or a parent/legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor patient.
5. No Warranty
Text messaging and website services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Art of Braces is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these communications or this website, including missed appointments due to undelivered messages.

Text messaging is facilitated using third-party communications technology. Use of that underlying platform may also be subject to that provider's own terms of service.
