We have been going to Art of Braces Orthodontics for almost 3 years now and there is no other office for us! We have had one son graduated from braces 3 year ago. Another son just received his’s last winter. We have another son that got his braces today. The staff is always friendly, never pushy or dismissive. You’re not just “another patient” to them, and it shows. I have never heard anyone talk about a “bad experience” at the Art of Braces Orthodontics…because there aren’t any. Dr. Benson is a highly talented orthodontist and equally as important (to me) an awesome human. Having put off braces in my adult life for at least a decade too long I feel I was a very challenging patient for Dr. Benson but she got my complicated teeth and bite corrected beautifully. We could have called it good enough 6 months ago but Dr. Benson and I both are perfectionists so we fine-tuned my bite these last few months to get it just right and I couldn't be happier. Scheduling appointments was always easy and her office runs on-time every time, regardless of morning, midday, or late afternoon appointments. No sitting in the waiting room like other doctor's offices where they always seem to be 15 to 30 minutes behind schedule. Her staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and equally as awesome as Dr. Benson. This may sound a bit cheesy but I will legitimately miss my regular appointments, I always looked forward to chatting with her staff and geeking out on photography and recent outdoor adventures with Dr. Benson. I'm loving my experience with the Art of Braces. The building is clean, and the staff are phenomenal. I can't help but feel confident with my treatment under the care of Dr. Saoly Benson.You'll also get to work with awesome team members like Hien, Sofia, and Camille, who genuinely take care of you. From our initial intake, Sofia was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, immediately putting me at ease about my orthodontic options. Hien, a billing guru and wizard, went the extra mile to help me navigate some complex billing scenarios that unexpectedly popped up. She always kept me up-to-date throughout the process. During each visit, Dr. Saoly Benson and Camille continuously check up on me, not only regarding my orthodontic treatment but also my personal life, which greatly enhanced my experience.Before ending up at the Art of Braces, I thoroughly researched and visited about 3-4 orthodontists. Dr Benson and all of her team members are just awesome! The place is exquisite, from the clean modern design, to the stunning fine photography capturing nature at its best by the artist herself ( Dr Benson) hanging on the walls. The attention to detail in every aspect of the amazing care they provide can not be overstated and the friendly, smiling faces of every single team member can not be ignored.It had been over 20 years since my initial orthodontic treatment of old school wires and brackets, and as life continued, “ forgetting” to wear my retainers- the original ones which I still have- became more frequent, and my teeth starting shifting.Dr Benson agreed to take me on as a client and as 44 year young adult with very stubborn teeth that do not move easily, I decided to go with clear aligners.I have been in treatment for almost 5 months and the results are incredible!Thank you, thank you, thank you The Art of Braces for giving my grill a makeover and making me more confident! Their Instagram page is awesome, it really shows exactly what the clinic is like and who the staff members are. There are numerous videos that discuss orthodontics, as well as progress photos of some patients. There are also great photos that Dr. Benson takes, which shows she really is an artist! After finding their Instagram, I was really excited to schedule an appointment for a consultation. When scheduling my appointment, the process was so easy. All paperwork was completed online, so I filled everything out prior to my appointment. They also have a texting system, so you can text back and forth with the staff which is so convenient! I had my consultation a while ago, and I was so excited to get started. The office is beautiful and clean and Dr. Benson is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner. She really cares about you and it really shows. Dr. Benson discussed my couple options regarding braces, and I expressed some of my anxieties. Dr. Benson calmed my nerves and told me the details of what the treatment will be and how it really isn't a big deal. Once I decided on a treatment plan, Januari walked me through the finance details. Their clinic offers their own payment plan, but they also work with companies like Care Credit if you'd prefer that as well. I have been in treatment for a little over two years now and am so happy with the decision I made to go with The Art of Braces. I cannot wait to see how beautiful my smile will be once complete! Dr. Benson is professional and genuinely cares about her patients from my observation. She is very willing to listen, work with me, and solve many concerns that I have during this long enduring treatment process. The office atmosphere is comfortable and artistic. This is one of the things that I never get tired of. All her staff members are super nice and helpful. The waiting time is always minimal for me and the scheduling has been very accommodating. Orthodontics assistants have taken care of me - explained my questions and procedures well, especially Marlou and Sarah have been extremely helpful. In general, the experience was very positive. One thing worth to consider improving is that I wish I was more well-informed on the possible downside at the beginning (e.g. developed gum recession even I had many home equipments and waterpick) and how I could have better managed it (e.g. sensitive brush and not brushing too hard). As an adult who has had braces on 2 other occasions, once in the mid 90's (clear braces) and again in 2014 (Invisalign). My teeth were beautiful after my first set of braces but eventually years later my retainers were not fitting and I made the mistake of not purchasing a new set of retainers, so I stopped wearing them and eventually had Invisalign put on. This was the worst mistake, the Invisalign completely changed my bite and moved my teeth so far in that hated my smile and found myself not smiling in photos anymore so I decided to search again for another Ortho but was frustrated about going through not only treatment again but the expense. After searching for an Orthodontist for a few years, I finally found Dr. Benson who is AMAZING! I felt comfortable from the moment I met her and she understood why I was unhappy with the previous treatment of Invisalign . I've been seeing Dr. Benson now for about 3 months and not only is Dr. Benson and her staff (Januari) warm and friendly but they are also very professional and accommodating. Dr. Benson's office is so beautifully decorated with her photography artwork and the office is very modern and clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Benson to anyone looking for an honest, meticulous and affordable Ortho.
