The Art of Braces unexpectedly wows me again. As a former patient, I'll admit I wasn't wearing my retainers as often as I should have over the past three years. When I returned, embarrassed about not preserving my masterpiece of a smile, the front desk team welcomed me with open arms and managed to fit me into their busy schedule as a walk-in. Dr. Benson walked by, remembered my name, and asked how she could help. Right then and there, she did a same-day consult and presented me with options for new retainers to get my smile back on track. What I thought would be multiple appointments turned into immediate action—she started my treatment that very day. Within a very short time, she had a plan in place to correct the smile I take full responsibility for diminishing over the years. After only a few months, I'm back on track with the outcome I remember from years ago. Like I said, wow!The Art of Braces team was full of new faces since my original treatment—all thoughtful, receptive to my needs, and always focused on my outcomes, even as a repeat patient. Dr. Benson went above and beyond with my treatment plan, her demeanor showed such professionalism that persuaded me to undergo the 3rd time. She made sure I am happy and satisfied with the results. Her assistant, Tina, is extremely soft and gentle. She made my treatment painless. I highly recommend the Art Of Braces in Las Vegas. Dr. Benson's perfectionism ensures top-notch orthodontic care. My husband, our teenage son, and I have all received treatment from her office and are very satisfied with both the service and the outcome. This is my and my husband’s second round of ortho from 17 years ago and we both attest that you can expect an elevated experience there. Her friendly and professional staff, along with a well-kept office, make every visit pleasant. Their responsiveness and patience with our very busy and complex schedule has been one of the many reasons that make their office the preferred orthodontist in the Valley in my opinion. Perks include a Keurig machine with tea, hot chocolate, and coffee, plus a branded insulated water bottle post-treatment and a water pic to assist with flossing. An excellent experience overall! Dr. Benson is a highly talented orthodontist and equally as important (to me) an awesome human. Having put off braces in my adult life for at least a decade too long I feel I was a very challenging patient for Dr. Benson but she got my complicated teeth and bite corrected beautifully. We could have called it good enough 6 months ago but Dr. Benson and I both are perfectionists so we fine-tuned my bite these last few months to get it just right and I couldn't be happier. Scheduling appointments was always easy and her office runs on-time every time, regardless of morning, midday, or late afternoon appointments. No sitting in the waiting room like other doctor's offices where they always seem to be 15 to 30 minutes behind schedule. Her staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and equally as awesome as Dr. Benson. Their Instagram page is awesome, it really shows exactly what the clinic is like and who the staff members are. There are numerous videos that discuss orthodontics, as well as progress photos of some patients. There are also great photos that Dr. Benson takes, which shows she really is an artist! After finding their Instagram, I was really excited to schedule an appointment for a consultation. When scheduling my appointment, the process was so easy. All paperwork was completed online, so I filled everything out prior to my appointment. They also have a texting system, so you can text back and forth with the staff which is so convenient! I had my consultation a while ago, and I was so excited to get started. The office is beautiful and clean and Dr. Benson is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner. She really cares about you and it really shows. Dr. Benson discussed my couple options regarding braces, and I expressed some of my anxieties. Dr. Benson calmed my nerves and told me the details of what the treatment will be and how it really isn't a big deal. Once I decided on a treatment plan, Januari walked me through the finance details. Their clinic offers their own payment plan, but they also work with companies like Care Credit if you'd prefer that as well. I have been in treatment for a little over two years now and am so happy with the decision I made to go with The Art of Braces. I cannot wait to see how beautiful my smile will be once complete! She is very willing to listen, work with me, and solve many concerns that I have during this long enduring treatment process. The office atmosphere is comfortable and artistic. This is one of the things that I never get tired of. All her staff members are super nice and helpful. The waiting time is always minimal for me and the scheduling has been very accommodating. Orthodontics assistants have taken care of me - explained my questions and procedures well, especially Marlou and Sarah have been extremely helpful. In general, the experience was very positive. One thing worth to consider improving is that I wish I was more well-informed on the possible downside at the beginning (e.g. developed gum recession even I had many home equipments and waterpick) and how I could have better managed it (e.g. sensitive brush and not brushing too hard). She told me the next available was the following day at 5pm. I of course took the appointment and asked her to call me if there was a cancellation. As an adult who has had braces on 2 other occasions, once in the mid 90's (clear braces) and again in 2014 (Invisalign). My teeth were beautiful after my first set of braces but eventually years later my retainers were not fitting and I made the mistake of not purchasing a new set of retainers, so I stopped wearing them and eventually had Invisalign put on. We visited several Orthodontists to determine which would be best suited to meet my son's orthodontic needs. I was really impressed by Dr. Benson and her team. They were very professional and welcoming when we arrived. Dr. Benson's knowledge and ability to clearly articulate what was needed, the options available, the procedure and the time frame involved for my son's braces made me feel confident she would be a good choice. The Art of Braces is by far the best facility that I have been to! The moment that you walk in you are graced with the jaw-dropping photos that are taken by Dr. Benson herself. After walking around her office for about 5 minutes, you’ll instantly notice that she’s just as good at photography as she is with teeth! The entire office makes it almost impossible for you to not feel at home. There’s coffee, phone chargers, and a self portrait booth (pretty much anything a millennial can ask for). Her assistant, Januari, is the friendlies and most efficient dental assistant that I’ve had. She doesn’t hesitate to tell me about how her cats are doing (we’re both cat lovers), and she always remembers details about my teeth for each visit to accommodate any areas that I usually struggle with. These two have such a passion for their profession and are such a solid team. Even on those days that I think I’m just going in there for a tightening, Dr. Benson uses her skills to re-create my smile into a work of art (I’ve had my braces on for about 2 years now). I literally am going to be sad when these braces come off because that’ll mean that I won’t be able to have an excuse to visit them once a month. It's totally modern (phone chargers in the lobby, beautiful art on the walls, etc), easy to get to, has ample parking, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and professional! The price is very competitive considering how new and awesome the office is! The consultation for braces was super informative and I really felt like I had all the information I needed to make the right decision for me! Dr. Benson was kind, thoughtful and obviously is a perfectionist. I only want to do braces once so this was very important to me in picking my doctor!
