We have been going to Art of Braces Orthodontics for almost 3 years now and there is no other office for us! We have had one son graduated from braces 3 year ago. Another son just received his’s last winter. We have another son that got his braces today. The staff is always friendly, never pushy or dismissive. I highly recommend the Art Of Braces in Las Vegas. Dr. Benson's perfectionism ensures top-notch orthodontic care. My husband, our teenage son, and I have all received treatment from her office and are very satisfied with both the service and the outcome. This is my and my husband’s second round of ortho from 17 years ago and we both attest that you can expect an elevated experience there. Her friendly and professional staff, along with a well-kept office, make every visit pleasant. Their responsiveness and patience with our very busy and complex schedule has been one of the many reasons that make their office the preferred orthodontist in the Valley in my opinion. Perks include a Keurig machine with tea, hot chocolate, and coffee, plus a branded insulated water bottle post-treatment and a water pic to assist with flossing. An excellent experience overall! Dr Benson and all of her team members are just awesome! The place is exquisite, from the clean modern design, to the stunning fine photography capturing nature at its best by the artist herself ( Dr Benson) hanging on the walls. The attention to detail in every aspect of the amazing care they provide can not be overstated and the friendly, smiling faces of every single team member can not be ignored. It had been over 20 years since my initial orthodontic treatment of old school wires and brackets, and as life continued, “ forgetting” to wear my retainers- the original ones which I still have- became more frequent, and my teeth starting shifting. Dr Benson agreed to take me on as a client and as 44 year young adult with very stubborn teeth that do not move easily, I decided to go with clear aligners. After searching for an Orthodontist online, I stumbled across The Art of Braces on Instagram. Their Instagram page is awesome, it really shows exactly what the clinic is like and who the staff members are. There are numerous videos that discuss orthodontics, as well as progress photos of some patients. There are also great photos that Dr. Benson takes, which shows she really is an artist! After finding their Instagram, I was really excited to schedule an appointment for a consultation. When scheduling my appointment, the process was so easy. All paperwork was completed online, so I filled everything out prior to my appointment. They also have a texting system, so you can text back and forth with the staff which is so convenient! I had my consultation a while ago, and I was so excited to get started. The office is beautiful and clean and Dr. Benson is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner. She really cares about you and it really shows. Dr. Benson discussed my couple options regarding braces, and I expressed some of my anxieties. Dr. Benson calmed my nerves and told me the details of what the treatment will be and how it really isn't a big deal. Once I decided on a treatment plan, Januari walked me through the finance details. Their clinic offers their own payment plan, but they also work with companies like Care Credit if you'd prefer that as well. I have been in treatment for a little over two years now and am so happy with the decision I made to go with The Art of Braces. I cannot wait to see how beautiful my smile will be once complete! I have been with the office for two years now and got my braces off recently. It was successful and I can see positive outcomes. Dr. Benson is professional and genuinely cares about her patients from my observation. She is very willing to listen, work with me, and solve many concerns that I have during this long enduring treatment process. The office atmosphere is comfortable and artistic. This is one of the things that I never get tired of. All her staff members are super nice and helpful. The waiting time is always minimal for me and the scheduling has been very accommodating. Orthodontics assistants have taken care of me - explained my questions and procedures well, especially Marlou and Sarah have been extremely helpful. In general, the experience was very positive. One thing worth to consider improving is that I wish I was more well-informed on the possible downside at the beginning (e.g. developed gum recession even I had many home equipments and waterpick) and how I could have better managed it (e.g. sensitive brush and not brushing too hard). I had an urgent orthodontic issue without a local orthodontist. I researched several places and called the Art of Braces. Allison answered and provided me with exceptional customer service. She told me the next available was the following day at 5pm. I of course took the appointment and asked her to call me if there was a cancellation. Allison called me right back and told me there was a 9am cancellation (well put me down!) As expected, when I arrived I was promptly greeted by Allison and assisted by Januari. My appointment was started by Januari who was very knowledgeable and kind. I then met Dr. Benson who, you guessed it-was also very kind and amazing. My teeth were beautiful after my first set of braces but eventually years later my retainers were not fitting and I made the mistake of not purchasing a new set of retainers, so I stopped wearing them and eventually had Invisalign put on. This was the worst mistake, the Invisalign completely changed my bite and moved my teeth so far in that hated my smile and found myself not smiling in photos anymore so I decided to search again for another Ortho but was frustrated about going through not only treatment again but the expense. After searching for an Orthodontist for a few years, I finally found Dr. Benson who is AMAZING! I felt comfortable from the moment I met her and she understood why I was unhappy with the previous treatment of Invisalign . I've been seeing Dr. Benson now for about 3 months and not only is Dr. Benson and her staff (Januari) warm and friendly but they are also very professional and accommodating. Dr. Benson's office is so beautifully decorated with her photography artwork and the office is very modern and clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Benson to anyone looking for an honest, meticulous and affordable Ortho. We visited several Orthodontists to determine which would be best suited to meet my son's orthodontic needs. I was really impressed by Dr. Benson and her team. They were very professional and welcoming when we arrived. Dr. Benson's knowledge and ability to clearly articulate what was needed, the options available, the procedure and the time frame involved for my son's braces made me feel confident she would be a good choice. I made a similar observation of all the other orthodontists as well, however, Dr. Benson was patient, didnt rush through the consultation and answered all my questions as well as my son's. The one determining factor that set her aside as the best choice for my son is there was something about Dr. Benson's delivery that demonstrated a passion for her specialty. That spoke volumes! I even received a great review of Dr. Benson from the Dentist who performed the oral surgery to remove my son's wisdom teeth too. Dr Benson's practice is beautiful, friendly, warm, and convenient. They made me and my daughter feel comfortable with the process of braces, explaining all the steps involved. The Art of Braces is by far the best facility that I have been to! The moment that you walk in you are graced with the jaw-dropping photos that are taken by Dr. Benson herself. After walking around her office for about 5 minutes, you’ll instantly notice that she’s just as good at photography as she is with teeth! The entire office makes it almost impossible for you to not feel at home. There’s coffee, phone chargers, and a self portrait booth (pretty much anything a millennial can ask for). Her assistant, Januari, is the friendlies and most efficient dental assistant that I’ve had. She doesn’t hesitate to tell me about how her cats are doing (we’re both cat lovers), and she always remembers details about my teeth for each visit to accommodate any areas that I usually struggle with. These two have such a passion for their profession and are such a solid team. Even on those days that I think I’m just going in there for a tightening, Dr. Benson uses her skills to re-create my smile into a work of art (I’ve had my braces on for about 2 years now). I literally am going to be sad when these braces come off because that’ll mean that I won’t be able to have an excuse to visit them once a month.
