Please be advised that we are following the guidelines from the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the mandate from Governor Sisolak to close all non-essential businesses for 30 days in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For all patients whose appointments were canceled as a result of this mandate, we will be contacting you to reschedule as soon as we have more information as to when we can resume normal operations. For now, we are tentatively expecting to resume seeing a limited number of patients after April 17th. In order to exercise caution, we will not be performing any procedures in which an aerosol is created until after May 1st. This includes but is not limited to bracket repairs, bite turbo repairs, bonding braces and/or attachments, debonding braces, etc.
Please know that we are still here for you if you are experiencing any type of pain or discomfort from your braces or orthodontic appliances. If you have an orthodontic emergency, please call or text us at 702-800-4698. Someone will always be available to take your call or answer your text during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. If you need more elastics, we can mail them to you.
Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time. We ask for your patience and flexibility with rescheduling as soon as we are able to resume operations as there will be a large number of patients who will need to be seen while at the same time we want to still practice social distancing and operate at a reduced capacity for everyone's safety. Until then, please stay safe and more importantly, stay at home!
