It’s been almost two years of receiving the best services here. Not once have I ever uncomfortable. Each and every single staff member always put me at ease and made me feel like I was part of the family . I got SO lucky!! Went for consultation on 11/4 and after talking about plans for treatment, they told me they were able to bond the brackets same day if I wanted!! (Still needed extractions) Someone cancelled their appointment and they were able to fit me in. Got my wires put on 11/12 after extractions, so it’s officially been a week! I just turned 36 a few months ago and have always been super self conscious about my teeth and finally decided to do something about it! Dr. Benson and her team are amazing and I’m excited to take the journey with them! Absolutely recommend! More
Here’s my experIence with Dr Benson, I went into the consultation not sure of how to explain what has been bothering me about my teeth and smile. Ive had braces in high school which was in 2002 with a dif dr but wasn’t happy with the results and never confident with my smile this is my second time and it’s only been almost 3 months that I’ve gone to see Dr Benson and I’m shook!! My teeth are already getting straight. Still have 9 months and I can’t wait to see the results. She literally knew what she was talking about and def full of knowledge and so thorough with issues I didn’t even know how to explain that I hated about my smile! She was patient with all of my questions and was so professional, warm and understanding. Her staff is incredibly kind as well. I’ll do an update in the end cuz I still have months to go but so far, do not hesitate if u want to have great teeth again. I love her art work displayed all over! They’re so beautiful! So Thankful for the Art of Braces!!! - I've been on a long braces journey with the Art Of Braces with no fault other than mine, but it has been a great experience. From my very first consultation everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygenist, and especially Dr. Benson has been extremely nice and patient with me. I started with Invisalign. It was great. They take pictures at your appointments so you can see the progress your teeth are making and I think that's super cool. The only problem with the Invisalign was me. I never wore it. I would wear them constantly for 3 weeks then not wear them for about a month. It was not working due to the inactivity of me not wearing my trays. I finally decided I wanted to take responsibility for my teeth. I went over other options with Dr. Benson and she told me about Inbrace. It's like regular braces but instead of the brackets on the outside of your teeth, they are on the inside. Being that I am a bartender and in my late 20's I loved this option. I would wear my braces full-time without the option of taking them off and nobody would be able to see them. For inbrace, they take a 3d scan of your teeth and create a smart wire that helps move your teeth to where they need to go. Sofia called to schedule my appointment. She is always so cheerful and bright on the phone and in person! When I came in to get the inbrace, I was a bit freaked out and nervous. Sofia calmed me down and told me just to breathe. Amber took me back and started putting on the brackets. She knew I was nervous, so she started cracking jokes and acting like we were old-time friends. Took my nerves right out of me. I enjoyed hanging out with Amber while she put the brackets and the wire on. It's been about a week since I've had it on now and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The pain level is about 3 out of 10. No pain just soreness like every other braces. I'm teaching myself how to re-eat since the brackets are in the side, but I love that I can't take them off. I will be in them for about 15-18 months, but so happy to be doing with Dr Benson, Amber, and Sofia. Thank you so much to all of them! I will update my review at the end of my treatment! More

Lingual Braces Experience - I love love love my teeth.Dr benson has been understanding about my list of needs since the first visit. I am 30 years old, needed my teeth to be perfect but didn’t want traditional braces at my age. Invisalign was not a great option either as I felt regular brackets were more efficient in what I wanted to achieve with my smile. I searched far and wide and found dr benson, one of the only orthodontists who specialized in lingual (behind the teeth braces) that way I could still go about my days without feeling insecure about a mouth full of metal every time I would smile. Every appointment I had something to say or something to point out. She was very patient with me the entire time, never made me feel like an annoyance or a bother and always kindly adjusted anything that even remotely bothered me. She took the time to listen and do whatever it took so I could end up with the smile of my Dreams! Attention to detail would be an understatement. She had a microscope for all of my needs making sure any and all was exactly to my liking. I know I can be difficult which is why I appreciated Dr Benson and her entire kind and professional staff for exceeding all of my expectations. Honestly people did not even know I had braces the entire time. People were shocked when I told them I did. The best part was that my first initial reaction upon walking into the office, I thought that there was no way I could afford this place. She had all state of art equipment, and she was board certified. I thought for sure it was outside of my budget. Couldn’t be more far from the truth. I think I excitedly embraced her when she quoted me the price. I was thrilled that it was within my budget and of course my first pick since she was the only reputable doctor that specialized in lingual. If you don’t know, lingual is extremely hard to encounter. Not many orthodontist practice this method. Thank goodness for Dr benson! Cheers to her amazing staff also! It always felt like family. My treatment is now done and she still promptly meets with me to make sure my teeth are staying in tact and of course to my liking. Thank you Dr Benson. More
Dr. Benson is absolutely amazing - Dr.Benson is absolutely amazing! I went to a few board certified dermatologists to get Botox for my gummy smile because I didn’t want surgery. However, the dermatologists missed every time! I have a wide gummy smile and it’s not the typical gummy smile so it’s hard to treat. Dr.Benson is the only doctor that has been able to do this correctly for me! I live in California and I fly back every three months just to see her! More

I had a lower permanent retainer for over 20+ years (how did I age this much?), it broke and I had another orthodontist in town replace it. This one only lasted a couple years and broke on me. I called them to have it replaced and apparently he does not do permanent retainers any longer. I looked around to find someone that did and came across Dr. Benson-yay!The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Every person there was very professional and kind. Dr. Benson and I discussed my lower retainer and she called every lab she could to find a similar to my original retainer since I loved it so much! When I came in for the replacement installation, it was quick and easy. You can tell that Dr. Benson is very knowledgeable. She was the one that did my install and was very gentle. The new permanent retainer is nicer than the last one I had, and was very smooth unlike my last one. It actually feels like my original one that I loved so much. It is very nice that Dr. Benson took the time to listen and execute on finding something that would fit what I was looking for. If you want someone that is knowledgeable, cares and willing to go the extra mile for you-this is your place. You won’t regret it. Highly recommend! More

I have been with the office for two years now and got my braces off recently. It was successful and I can see positive outcomes. Dr. Benson is professional and genuinely cares about her patients from my observation. She is very willing to listen, work with me, and solve many concerns that I have during this long enduring treatment process. The office atmosphere is comfortable and artistic. This is one of the things that I never get tired of. All her staff members are super nice and helpful. The waiting time is always minimal for me and the scheduling has been very accommodating. Orthodontics assistants have taken care of me - explained my questions and procedures well, especially Marlou and Sarah have been extremely helpful. In general, the experience was very positive. One thing worth to consider improving is that I wish I was more well-informed on the possible downside at the beginning (e.g. developed gum recession even I had many home equipments and waterpick) and how I could have better managed it (e.g. sensitive brush and not brushing too hard). Very friendly office. Very clean. I have an issue with an underbite and the first orthodontist I visited in Las Vegas told me that it’s not fixable with the braces. I’ll need to get a surgery or jaw expender but it still won’t guarantee the results and can cost me problems in a future. Dr Benson went different way by offering to fix the front teeth and leave the back ones the way it is. Of course, I prefer to fix the crossbite as well, but in my case I think it’s the best solution. The prices they give are very affordable. I’m a little bit nervous but can’t wait to start my treatment! More

Kristy is MY GIRL! She just gets my needs. I know I’m a needy patient, and often times there are multiple assistants in the office who work with you all throughout your time with them. And because I’m needy and particular, I like everything a certain way. KRISTY is that for me. If anything slightly deters from what I find comfortable, I’m miserable until the next visit. You would never know if it was her first time doing anything because she attacks every task with confidence, agility, accuracy, and attention to detail. Those are qualities that I want when someone is working on the improvement of my smile. COMPETENCY is important. She’s quick, and you can really tell she’s a go getter. Lingual braces have been a challenge for me but since Kristy has been consistently working on me, the challenges are now a thing of the past. If I can give them a hundred stars I would! This clinic is the best. Everything and everyone is pleasant — Office is really nice you’d see all of Dr. Benson’s artwork while waiting there. Allison and Januari are the nicest, and of course Dr. Benson is the best! Aside from being the prettiest doctor alive, she would listen and work with you. She’s very knowledgeable and her clinic has the most advanced whatever technology there is. I haven’t seen those in other clinics, I swear!! So I brought my daughter there after 3 years with another clinic because they never fixed her teeth! I asked several other doctors and they’d tell me that your daughter’s case is really complicated and it would take another 3 years to fix that. I felt hopeless And another thing is that I used up the orthodontic coverage with that other clinic. ☹️ My daughter wouldn’t smile at pictures and in real life lol. So I browsed some more and I saw this ad from The Art of Braces On Instagram and the very friendly Januari answered my call and scheduled us. We met with Dr. Benson and hearing her say that she can fix her teeth in less than 18 months brought sparkle in our eyes. She’d discuss everything with you, Starting from the treatment plan, pricing, what happens next, everything (other doctors would let their assistant discuss these with you but Dr. Benson is more personal — she cares). They’d work with you on everything — from schedule to budget, insurance or no insurance. Their goal is to help you. So I brought my daughter there after 3 years with another clinic because they never fixed her teeth! I asked several other doctors and they’d tell me that your daughter’s case is really complicated and it would take another 3 years to fix that. I felt hopeless And another thing is that I used up the orthodontic coverage with that other clinic. ☹️ My daughter wouldn’t smile at pictures and in real life lol. So I browsed some more and I saw this ad from The Art of Braces On Instagram and the very friendly Januari answered my call and scheduled us. We met with Dr. Benson and hearing her say that she can fix her teeth in less than 18 months brought sparkle in our eyes. She’d discuss everything with you, Starting from the treatment plan, pricing, what happens next, everything (other doctors would let their assistant discuss these with you but Dr. Benson is more personal — she cares). They’d work with you on everything — from schedule to budget, insurance or no insurance. Their goal is to help you. After searching for an Orthodontist online, I stumbled across The Art of Braces on Instagram. Their Instagram page is awesome, it really shows exactly what the clinic is like and who the staff members are. There are numerous videos that discuss orthodontics, as well as progress photos of some patients. There are also great photos that Dr. Benson takes, which shows she really is an artist! After finding their Instagram, I was really excited to schedule an appointment for a consultation. When scheduling my appointment, the process was so easy. All paperwork was completed online, so I filled everything out prior to my appointment. They also have a texting system, so you can text back and forth with the staff which is so convenient!I had my consultation yesterday, and I can’t express how excited I am to come back to start my treatment! The office is beautiful and clean, Januari is so nice, and Dr. Benson is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner. She really cares about you and it really shows. Dr. Benson discussed my couple options regarding braces, and I expressed some of my anxieties. Dr. Benson calmed my nerves and told me the details of what the treatment will be and how it really isn’t a big deal. Once I decided on a treatment plan, Januari walked me through the finance details. Their clinic offers their own payment plan, but they also work with companies like Care Credit if you’d prefer that as well.I cannot wait to start my treatment with Dr. Benson, I am so happy I found her! It’s also a plus that their clinic is so close to me, but seriously I would drive far to this clinic for their care. More

I am (I’m sure) a difficult case as I started with Art of Braces less than a month before I temporarily moved out of state for school which made scheduling appointments and staying on track challenging; Dr. Benson and her team were very understanding of my situation and made sure everything went smoothly and my teeth came out beautiful and I am happy about them every time I smile. I absolutely love this orthodontist! This is the fourth time I have had braces. Twice in high school(the Dr messed up my retainer and my teeth moved). Got them put on again and my teeth were shifting wrong and we’re not improving, and now with the Art of Braces, Dr. Benson and her team are absolutely amazing! After my first appointment, she sat with me and explained options, and here I am only three months away from getting my braces off, and my teeth are back to being straight! I’ve been coming to Art of braces since it’s been open for my Botox. I’m extremely particular on who works on me and I did so much research before getting it done. When you think of botox I’m sure an orthodontist isn’t the first thing that comes to mind but after doing so much research, it’s really the most qualified person because they’ve studied the facial structure, bones and tissue intensively. Dr. Benson takes her time to make sure she achieves the goals I’m seeking and my results have been amazing every time!! She’s meticulous in every aspect of her business from hiring the best staff and maintaining the utmost sanitary standards. The office is clean, comfortable and accommodating with phone chargers, water/tea/coffee and comfortable chairs and beautiful decor throughout. They pay attention to detail, in all aspects. Now, the important part - I had lip injections for the first time ever. I was well informed, felt comfortable the entire process, and had an AMAZING job done in the forming and shaping I was looking for. I am thrilled with the results and how it turned out. I started my ortho treatment with Dr. Benson in December. I trust her and she is very professional. It is clear that she knows what she is doing and has my best interest. As an adult who has had braces on 2 other occasions, once in the mid 90's (clear braces) and again in 2014 (Invisalign). My teeth were beautiful after my first set of braces but eventually years later my retainers were not fitting and I made the mistake of not purchasing a new set of retainers, so I stopped wearing them and eventually had Invisalign put on. This was the worst mistake, the Invisalign completely changed my bite and moved my teeth so far in that hated my smile and found myself not smiling in photos anymore so I decided to search again for another Ortho but was frustrated about going through not only treatment again but the expense. After searching for an Orthodontist for a few years, I finally found Dr. Benson who is AMAZING! I felt comfortable from the moment I met her and she understood why I was unhappy with the previous treatment of Invisalign . I've been seeing Dr. Benson now for about 3 months and not only is Dr. Benson and her staff (Januari) warm and friendly but they are also very professional and accommodating. Dr. Benson's office is so beautifully decorated with her photography artwork and the office is very modern and clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Benson to anyone looking for an honest, meticulous and affordable Ortho. The Art of Braces is by far the best facility that I have been to! The moment that you walk in you are graced with the jaw-dropping photos that are taken by Dr. Benson herself. After walking around her office for about 5 minutes, you’ll instantly notice that she’s just as good at photography as she is with teeth! The entire office makes it almost impossible for you to not feel at home. There’s coffee, phone chargers, and a self portrait booth (pretty much anything a millennial can ask for). Her assistant, Januari, is the friendlies and most efficient dental assistant that I’ve had. She doesn’t hesitate to tell me about how her cats are doing (we’re both cat lovers), and she always remembers details about my teeth for each visit to accommodate any areas that I usually struggle with. These two have such a passion for their profession and are such a solid team. Even on those days that I think I’m just going in there for a tightening, Dr. Benson uses her skills to re-create my smile into a work of art (I’ve had my braces on for about 2 years now). I literally am going to be sad when these braces come off because that’ll mean that I won’t be able to have an excuse to visit them once a month. We visited several Orthodontists to determine which would be best suited to meet my son's orthodontic needs. I was really impressed by Dr. Benson and her team. They were very professional and welcoming when we arrived. Dr. Benson's knowledge and ability to clearly articulate what was needed, the options available, the procedure and the time frame involved for my son's braces made me feel confident she would be a good choice. I made a similar observation of all the other orthodontists as well, however, Dr. Benson was patient, didnt rush through the consultation and answered all my questions as well as my son's. The one determining factor that set her aside as the best choice for my son is there was something about Dr. Benson's delivery that demonstrated a passion for her specialty. That spoke volumes! I even received a great review of Dr. Benson from the Dentist who performed the oral surgery to remove my son's wisdom teeth too. As an adult who has had braces on 2 other occasions, once in the mid 90's (clear braces) and again in 2014 (Invisalign). My teeth were beautiful after my first set of braces but eventually years later my retainers were not fitting and I made the mistake of not purchasing a new set of retainers, so I stopped wearing them and eventually had Invisalign put on. This was the worst mistake, the Invisalign completely changed my bite and moved my teeth so far in that hated my smile and found myself not smiling in photos anymore so I decided to search again for another Ortho but was frustrated about going through not only treatment again but the expense. After searching for an Orthodontist for a few years, I finally found Dr. Benson who is AMAZING! I felt comfortable from the moment I met her and she understood why I was unhappy with the previous treatment of Invisalign . I have been wanting to get my teeth whitened for a while now. At the Bridal Show in July I won a free in house teeth bleaching session from The Art of Braces booth! They contacted me within the week of the bridal show to get my appointment scheduled! They were super nice every time I've talked to them! I came in for my appointment today and it was quiet in the office as it was just opening up! Even when I went to leave, it was still really quiet! It was nice! Both the doctor and the lady doing my bleaching were really nice about everything, I even joked around with them a little bit! Although keeping my mouth open for an extended period of time was very uncomfortable, the process itself was really good! They explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what to expect! And they kept checking on me to make sure that I was doing ok! I've never done an in office bleaching before, only in home kits from the store, so I have nothing to really compare it too. But it was definitely a great experience! They did mention that I should buy some whitening trays, which I had no problem doing because - 1. I was getting the whole bleaching session for free (it's usually $350!) and wanted to support them in some way! 2. I want my teeth to get more white and trays are great for that! I would definitely go back to them in the future (wether I win another session or pay myself!) as they were really wonderful! I highly suggest to check them out! More

The Art of Braces is by far the best facility that I have been to! The moment that you walk in you are graced with the jaw-dropping photos that are taken by Dr. Benson herself. After walking around her office for about 5 minutes, you’ll instantly notice that she’s just as good at photography as she is with teeth! The entire office makes it almost impossible for you to not feel at home. There’s coffee, phone chargers, and a self portrait booth (pretty much anything a millennial can ask for). Her assistant, Januari, is the friendlies and most efficient dental assistant that I’ve had. She doesn’t hesitate to tell me about how her cats are doing (we’re both cat lovers), and she always remembers details about my teeth for each visit to accommodate any areas that I usually struggle with. These two have such a passion for their profession and are such a solid team. Even on those days that I think I’m just going in there for a tightening, Dr. Benson uses her skills to re-create my smile into a work of art (I’ve had my braces on for about 2 years now). I literally am going to be sad when these braces come off because that’ll mean that I won’t be able to have an excuse to visit them once a month. I just had my Botox done by Dr. Benson last week and I am so happy with the results! Extremely natural look. No frozen look at all! Dr. Benson was very gentle and it was pretty painless. She carefully explained the procedure and was very meticulous. She even offers a touch up session if there is anything that needs to be changed. Her office is very inviting and modern. There are chargers for your phones, a Keurig machine for your coffee and tea needs, and even a selfie station to have fun while you wait for your appointment. Everything is so well thought out. I recommend her for your orthodontic and cosmetic needs. She has a keen eye to detail and will not settle for anything short of perfection! More
